We welcome enquiries from potential staff or volunteers for our specialist female-only supported accomodation service. The service is already providing life-changing person-centred support through purpose-built supported housing. We have a small team which is instrumental in the delivery of the service. TK offers a rare opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art service.

Supported Housing Service Manager – TK Hope Centre
Permanent role, full-time (37.5 hours/week), with some weekend work
£38,000 - £44,000 pa dependent upon experience

The TK Hope Centre is a purpose-built rural development in the countryside just north of Ipswich, providing supported housing for 11 women made vulnerable by life circumstances. Built on a strong Christian ethos, the centre welcomes women of any faith or none, and seeks to work with each individual to help them recover from the traumas they have experienced, by providing encouragement and guidance in relation to each individual need.
The Trustees of the charity Talitha Koum are looking to recruit a compassionate and skilled manager, ideally with experience in a similar or related setting, to lead the team to build on the successes of the last few years, and to take us through the planned expansion of the provision in the next few years.
The Service Manager will manage the day-to-day running of the TK Hope Centre, leading a team comprising 3 support workers, an administrator and 3 on-call staff, overseeing support of residents and developing partnerships and services for the future.

​Volunteers
Unpaid, Part Time, Based in Witnesham (near Ipswich)
Can you spare a few hours per month to provide support at The Hope Centre? Various roles are available for volunteers to help with the regular activities on site and to share meals. Trustees
We are looking for experienced people who share our vision of TK to become trustees. We have six trustees who normally meet six times a year, though there are intermediate discussions. In particular, we are looking for people who have skills or experience in the following areas:
· working with vulnerable adults or young people
· the wider care sector
· Pastoral care or counselling
· PR & Communications
